Loft Boarding
To make full safe use of your new fitted loft ladder why not add some boarding to your loft in 18 or 22mm thickness treated board.
18mm. £19.50 per square metre inc VAT.
22mm. £20.75 per square metre inc VAT.

Loft Hatches
Installation of plastic insulated and draught proof drop-down loft hatches for the ultimate ease of access to your loft.
Standard loft hatch
1 hour fire rated loft hatch
Both hatches are building regulations part L compliant and can be lockable if required.

Loft Insulation
Save money on your heating bills by insulating your loft or adding to your existing insulation. Did you know that the current minimum thickness of insulation required by building control for new buildings is 270mm (11 inches)!
